Winamp shortcomings

Difficult delete sequence

Are there any MP3 players or plug-ins out there with a one or two click delete-and-skip-to-next-song function? I just discovered that winamp has one, but it takes 6 (!) clicks and a lot of mouse manuevering to use. Most of these players are probably OK for managing playlists of <100 files, but totally collapse under the strain of 1000+ .

Small song-name window

Why does even the shortest song-name scroll? Do I really need to look at the balance slider all the time. (I think I may have moved that thing twice ... ever.) That screen real estate could be better used for displaying the whole song title (at the same time even).

Skins

Stupid. Slow. Have to re-learn for every program. The only skinning I would ever encourage for an application would be on the system-level.
